1lb hamburger ground
2 cans kidney beans drained and rinsed
2 cans black beans drained and rinsed
2 cans white beans drained and rinsed
2 cans stewed tomatoes drained
3 small cans diced green chillies drained
1. Brown the hamburger and all spices together. Drain grease.
2. Drain and rinse all canned beans, drain tomatoes and chilies.
3. Dump all ingredients into the crockpot on high for 2 hours.
4. Serve warm with a sprinkle of mex blend cheese and buscuits.
You can cook it for longer or add other things if you want. This recipe is so versatile and hard to mess up. You can add or subtract spices too.
