2 packages of Creamy Chicken flavor Ramen noodles
1 large can of chicken
1 can mixed vegetables
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
Fresh ground pepper
Minced or dehydrated garlic
1. Heat 4 cups of water (per the directions on the Ramen package) in a sauce pan. Add chicken breast, mixed vegetables, dried onion, and garlic and black pepper (to taste).
2. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil, then add Ramen noodles and seasoning pack.
3. Boil for 3 minutes or until the noodles are done.
I like to break up the Ramen in the package to make them more or less spoon sized.
For a larger meal I would substitute 1 can each of peas, corn and green beans instead of the mixed vegetables, and use 3 or 4 Ramen packages. Thai rice noodles can be substituted for the Ramen to make this recipe gluten free.
