Canned Mystery Meat Chili

Recipe Ingredients

4 T veg oil
1 10oz cans, Rotel diced tomatoes
2 T dried crushed red pepper flakes
1 T cayenne powder
.5 t dry Italian seasoning
1/8 t ground black pepper
32 oz beef broth
5, 4.6 oz cans of Vienna sausage
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can chili beans


Add oil to large cooking pot. Add Rotel, broth, pepper flakes, cayenne, seasoning, black pepper and stir. Add all beans to the pot. Drain Vienna sausage cans into pot. Slice sausages into 1/3 portions and add to pot. Bring contents to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2+ hour for best results, stirring occasionally. Serve.
